Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is implemented as part of the project "Increasing the quality and availability of oncological diagnostics and oncological treatment at the University Clinical Center ", implemented as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased Charges: Component D" Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system "investment D1.1.1" Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities ".
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D 4E, 4F, 4G, 4h and 4i to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with the installation and training of employees of the Ordering Party.
3. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
Part 1 - intraoperative tissue radiography system (1 piece)
on technical parameters specified in Annex number 4A to SWZ;
Part 2 - Daterma Type 1 (1 piece)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4B to SWZ;
Part 3 - Daterma Type 2 (2 pieces)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4C to SWZ;
Part 4 - Sequentator (1 piece)
on the technical parameters specified in the attachment number 4D to SWZ;
Part 5 - DNA and RNA insulation station (1 piece)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4E to SWZ;
Part 6 - Surgical navigation (1 set)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4F to SWZ;
Part 7 - Operational microscope (1 piece)
