- The subject of the order is the preparation and daily delivery of meals for hospitalized patients. The order includes the delivery of the subject of the contract to the indicated admission zones specified in the description of the subject of the contract and distribution of meals located in hospital buildings:

detailed description of the Employer's requirements regarding the preparation and delivery of meals, was presented in Annex 3 to SWZ (description of the subject of the contract) and in Annex 2 (statementAsoer-percentage). The contracting authority requests that the subject of the contract be carried out in accordance with the following legal acts:
-law of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448),
-Developmenton 29.04.2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs,
-Development of the Minister of Health of April 17, 2007. on the collection and storage of food samples by the closed-type collective nutrition plants (Journal of Laws No. 80 of 2007, item 545),
-District (EC) No 1935/2004 of the ParliamentEuropean and the Council of October 27, 2004. on materials and products intended for contact with food
-Development (EU) 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25.10.2011 on providing consumers with information on food
