1. The subject of the order is the supply of surgical tools with their permanent marking, as well as the inventory, sharpening and regeneration of tools for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in the Assortment and price form constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and in the list tools constituting Annex No. 3a to the SWZ.
