Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of surgical tools along with their permanent marking, and inventory, sharpening and regeneration of UCK tools in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in the assortment and price form constituting Annex 3 to SWZ and in the list tools constituting Annex 3A to SWZ.
Delivery date: 30 working days from the date of order. Department UCK sterilization at 17 Smoluchowskiego Street in Gdańsk
Conducting an inventory of sets of surgical tools, which are owned by the Ordering Party, specified in detail in the call. w A period of 2 business days from the moment of receipt of the call will carry out an inventory at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
The inventory will qualify tools for regeneration and replacement and will each time deliver the offer for the UCK sterilization department regeneration and replacement of surgical tools for acceptance of the customer.
