- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment with technical parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B and 4C to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with the installation and training of employees of the Ordering Party.
2. The subject of this order includes the following parts:
Part 1 - Analyzer milk composition (1 piece)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4A to SWZ;
Part 2 - bottle/syringe heater (6 pieces)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4B to SWZ;
Part 3 - Refrigerated fridge for storing subtituted milk (1 piece)
About parameters technical specified in Annex 4C to SWZ;
Failure to meet at least one
from the border parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B and 4C to SWZ, respectively Rejection of the offer.
4. The subject of the proceedings is implemented as part of a targeted subsidy for the purchase of equipment for medical entities in which it operates Women's Milk Bank as part of the implementation of the health policy program Health policy program for the implementation of a comprehensive program support For families "for life" for 2022 - 2026, task: nutrition with women's milk newborns and infants.
