Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of specialist dressings for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
2. The offered medical devices must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the executive acts issued on the basis of the Act.
A partial offer is understood as individual packages set in Annex 3 to SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all parts.
4. They will be Serve successively, in quantity and assortment, in accordance with partial orders of the Ordering Party within 4 days from the date of placing the order. The contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the hospital pharmacy.
5. In case, when the contracting authority used in the description of the item orders of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the PZP Act, equivalent solutions are allowed. Each time when it is indicated in this SWZ or attachments to SWZ Norma, it should be assumed, that in relation to it used the phrase "or equivalent".
