- 1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary complete design and cost estimate documentation, including author's supervision and situational and elevation maps for design purposes, obtaining appropriate opinions, decisions and arrangements for the task titled Campus area development Pomeranian University at ul. Arciszewskiego, Supsk, on a plot marked with geodetic number 322/7, area 6.17ha. The investment area is covered by Local Development Plan XXXVI-519-09 "Gdyska - Arciszewskiego" in Supsko, area card 10, marking 2.UO.2. Carrying out the works mentioned in section 1 will be compliant with the standards universal design together with the principles of modern technical knowledge, applicable regulations in this field, in accordance with national and industry standards and in consultation with the Ordering Party. 3. The subject of the order indicated in section 1 includes in particular the development, based on the data held by the Ordering Party and the documents provided to the Contractor, including in particular the description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, and annexes to OPZ, in accordance with applicable legal provisions and in a manner consistent with the arrangements specified in the local development plan spatial...
