Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices for peritoneal dialysis of ADO and CADO and peritoneal dialysis products for adults in quantity, assortment specified in Annex 3, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D to SWZ.
For each patient appropriately selected for his needs, medical apparatus (cycles and heaters for peritoneal dialysis: package 1 for 30 cycling, package 2 regarding 35 heater, package 3 for 30 Cycler medical, peritoneal dialysis products and for the contracting authority for the condition of the apparatus clinic in the amount specified in current arrangements (no more than 5 pieces for the clinic). allows you to submit partial offers within four packages. The concept of partial offer is understood by individual packages set below:
