- 1. The subject of the contract is:
a) Supply of surgical work accessories in the assortment, price, estimated quantity and specific requirements in Annex 3 and 4 to SWZ,
1a) accessories must fulfill Requirements specified in Annex 3 and 4 to SWZ. Failure to meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 and 4 to SWZ will reject the offer.
3. Removed in point 1b) The robot must meet the parameters specified in Annex 5 to SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the border parameters specified In Annex 5 to SWZ, it will reject the offer.
The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. The subject of the contract is not divided for logical, organizational, technical, technological and economic reasons as well as rational spending of public funds. The procedure has the subject of the contract, which cannot be divided into parts, because the accessories offered must be compatible with a leased robot.
