Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of the BrexuCabtage Autoleucel medicinal product for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.

3. in the framework items marked in the assortment and price symbol (**) in Annex 3 to SWZ, the contracting authority requires that the offered preparation be in the catalog of reimbursed drugs used in drug programs and the offered price for the indicated items may not be higher than the limit height financing from the current announcement of the Minister of Health regarding the list of reimbursed medicines, foods of special nutritional uses and medical devices
In positions where there is no such description The Contractor may offer any packaging method with maintaining the quantity required by the Ordering Employer specified in a given item. The contractor must value the proposed packaging method at the appropriate conversion.
