Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
The concept of partial offer is understood as individual items set in Annex No. 3 to SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer on one or several items.
3. As part of the item marked in the assortment and price symbol (**) form in Annex 3 to SWZ, the contracting authority requires that the offered preparation be in the catalog of reimbursed drugs used in chemotherapy/ catalog reimbursed drugs used in drug programs.
In positions, in whose lack of such a description The contractor may offer any packaging method with the preservation required by the ordering quantity specified in given position. The contractor must value the proposed packaging method at the appropriate conversion.
5. Deliveries will take place successively, in quantity and assortment, in accordance with partial orders of the Ordering Party within 2 days from the date of placing the order. Ordering assortment Contractor obliged It will deliver at his own expense to the hospital pharmacy.
