(22a) Service of successive collection, transport and waste management marked in the classification Wastes with code 19 12 12 - Otherodpads (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than meets in 19 12 11
1. Subject The orders are - on the terms described in the contract, which will be included between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and the Contractor's offer - successive Collection, transport and development of waste collected by the contractor from the contracting authority classified under code 19 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11.
2. Waste can only be subjected to recovery processes R1 and/or R12, in accordance with the determination of the designation of these processes in the Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (i.e. on waste movement (Dz. U. EU. L 190/1, as amended d.), while by "subjecting a recovery process" is understood as the start and completion of this process.
3. The subject of the contract includes:
a) waste classified under the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than listed in 19 12 11, which is a faction of ballast waste with energy value from the process of sorting municipal waste, in an amount of 8900 mg (+/-) 10 mg (quantitative differences may results...
