22/ZP/25 Indication of the entity authorized to audit financial statements for the years 2025-2028 independent public health care facilities for which the establishing entity is the Minister of National Defense and military health service research institutes supervised by the Minister of National Defense.
1. The subject of the order is to indicate the entity authorized to audit reports financial for the years 2025-2028 of independent public health care facilities for which the establishing entity is the Minister of National Defense and research institutes of the military health service supervised by the Minister of National Defense.
66 section 4 of the Act of September 29, 1994 r. on Accounting The Minister of National Defense, on behalf of whom the Director of the Department of the Military Health Service of the Ministry of National Defense acts, designates the entity authorized to audit financial statements in the departmental SPZOZ/IB. At the same time, the costs of auditing the financial statements are borne by the audited plant (Article 66(5) of the Accounting Act).
The audit of the annual financial statements for the years 2025-2028 by the key statutory auditor should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 11, 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision and cited the Accounting Act.
