Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to deliver to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at al. Armii Krajowej 101, pharmaceutical products, including contrasting agents, concentrates for hemodialysis and soda lime, according to the quantitative and generic statement specified in Annex 2 to the specification The terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", under the conditions specified in the planned provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
For the product An equivalent is a product containing the same active substance in the same dose, having the same indications for use and the same pharmaceutical form.
4. The subject of the subject of the contract together with transport and unloading will take place at the contractor's expense and risk.
5.
