Description:
The subject of the contract is:
a. Delivery of sets to continuous kidney excessive techniques for a department of lung transplantology compatible with cameras for constant narcotal therapy - Type 2 (described in Annex 4) in the quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
b. fluid delivery substitution/dialysis, anti -coagulation and calcium chloride solution for continuous kidney -up therapy compatible with cameras for continuous drug therapy - type 2 (described in Annex 4) in the quantity and requirements specified in Annex 5 to SWZ.
c. Camera lease For continuous kidney uptime therapy - type 2, as described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
The sets described in Annex 3 to SWZ and the range described in Annex 5 to SWZ together with the lease of cameras for continuous kidney therapy - Type 2 described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
