- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24 -hour physical protection service of persons and property located within the limits of a protected unit, complex, object, military property, in accordance with art. 3 point 1) lit. a) / b) of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995, as amended d.) implemented for the 18. Enemy Economic Department (18WOG) and military units on supply, including:
1) direct or ad hoc physical protection,
2) constant supervision of transmitted, collected and processed signals in electronic devicesand alarm systems,
3) implementation of tasks related to the service of customers in a full or partial extent.
2. The order of the contract was divided into 4 tasks:
Task 1: Providing the protection services of persons and property by a specialist armed protective formation of the contractor of military complexes(areas, facilities, devices, movable property) located in the towns:
