Subject of the orderThe subject of the order is: 24-hour security and property surveillance service in the facility and external areas of Aquapark Polkowice S.A. in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order 2.1 The Contractor declares that he has all the legally required information permits and concessions necessary to implement the subject of the contract to the extent specified in section 1. 1 of the contract.2.2 The contractor undertakes to provide property protection and surveillance services throughout the duration of the contract 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday).2.3 The ordering party entrusts, and The Contractor undertakes the obligation to physically protect and supervise the property in the facility and in the external areas of Aquapark Polkowice S.A. in order to protect them against theft, burglary and destruction.2.4 Security staff are obliged to patrol the entire premises of the facility, with particular attention to parking lots and the Aquapark building, and to ensure the safety of people staying in the protected area.2.5 In the event of finding valuable items or documents left by the Ordering Party's employees or clients, the Contractor is obliged to is...
