- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services related to securing events involving animals and ensuring safety against dangerous animals in the Bytom Commune, in particular through re-feeding, transporting to forest areas, shooting reduction, veterinary care, as well as feeding and returning stray wild animals living in built-up areas to nature. The contractor providing the services will be obliged to be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Detailed description of the item the order and the conditions of its implementation are included in the draft contractual provisions, constituting Annex No. 5 to the contractual provisions. The Ordering Party provides in the attachment, for illustrative purposes, a list of interventions regarding wild boars and wild injured animals for the period 2023-2025.2. Performer is obliged to offer a travel time of 60 minutes to the event. The contractor may offer a shorter travel time, which will be assessed as part of the offer evaluation criteria, on the terms described in section XVIII SWZ;3.
