Description:
1. The subject of the order is 24-hour collection, transport and storage of bodies of deceased patients at the District Hospital in Owicim, in particular including: a) collection of bodies of deceased patients (including the remains of stillborn children) from places located on the premises of the Ordering Party. (wards, including the Emergency Department, clinics, pro morte rooms, etc.), b) transport the bodies of the deceased persons at the Ordering Party's (patients) to the cold room/dissecting room located on the premises of the Hospital, c) storage by the Contractor of the bodies of the persons referred to in point (a). a) above, d) issuing the mortuary to the employee District Hospital in Owicim, transport corpses from the cold room in order to perform an autopsy, if it is necessary to perform an autopsy in a place other than the District Hospital in Owicim, transport the corpses of patients to and from the place where the autopsy is to be performed, e) prepare the corpses of patients for release to authorized persons, f) handing over the patients' bodies to the company organizing the burial with the participation or consent of persons authorized to organize the burial.2.
