- 1. The subject of the order is: 1) 24-hour direct physical protection (constant security and supervision) of the Zoo in Opole, ul. Spacerowa 10, where there are enclosures and permanent facilities for animals, as well as buildings intended for offices and utility facilities; 2) 24/7 monitoring of transmitted signals from the Municipal Shelter for Homeless Animals in Opole, ul. Torowa 9 to the Zoo; 2. The scope of the subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ/agreement and consists in direct physical protection within the meaning of the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532), including in particular: 1) physical protection of the Zoo facilities provided 24 hours a day, 12 hours a day (from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) for 7 days a week, with: a) in the period from January 1 to May 31 and from September 1 to December 31st security carried out by three guards, at least one of whom is entered on the list of qualified physical security employees; b) in the period from June 1 to August 31, protection provided by a total of four guards, of which one guard only on zmia...
