- The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection and transport to the place of storage (the mortuary or the Ordering Party's cold room) of the bodies of patients who died in the ZOZ in Owicim, in the Center of Invasive Cardiology, Electrotherapy and Angiology belonging to G.V.M. Carint Sp. z o. o. and at the Dialysis Center Fresenius-Dialysis Center No. 38 in Owicim and transport of corpses from the mortuary to the place of autopsy and back. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged, among others, to perform the following partial services: 1) collection of patients' bodies from places located on premises of the Health Care Center in Owicim (wards, including the Emergency Department, outpatient clinics, pro morte rooms, etc.), the GVMC Cardiology Center and the Dialysis Center.2) transport the bodies of patients to the cold room in the mortuary building operated by the Ordering Party,3) transport the bodies of patients to and from the place of autopsy (in accordance with the Description subject of the order), 4) all activities and auxiliary activities necessary for the proper performance of the services specified in points 1-3 (including maintaining 24-hour readiness, equipment readiness itp.).
