The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices for LDL afford surgery along with the lease of the LDL science apparatus for UCK, with parameters, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 3, No. 4a and 4b to SWZ.
The subject of the contract under Package 2 is successive Delivery of the LDL adsorption column for lipoprotein scale therapy with a connection kit together with the lease of the camera with parameters, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 3 and No. 4b to SWZ.
