Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and installation of brand new equipment for the Multimedia Laboratory of Clinical Subjects at the Institute of Health Sciences of the Pomeranian University in Supsko in the quantities and range specified in the description subject of the order (part III of SWZ)2. The Contractor ensures that the delivered item is brand new, complete and functional, has no physical defects and is ready for use as intended without additional purchases of parts and accessories.3. The delivered subject of the order must have the necessary documents, instructions and guarantees in Polish. The Contractor will provide the documents, warranty card and operating instructions to the Ordering Party together with the subject of the order.4. Under implementation orders The Contractor is obliged to provide additional services (e.g. transport, insurance during transport, loading, unloading, etc.) necessary for the proper execution of the order.5. The conditions for the execution of the order are also specified in the contract template (Part II SWZ).
