Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, clamps, sutures and surgical ligatures and a system for removing subdural hematomas, including by depositing the Ordering Party for Lot 15, according to the quantitative and rspecified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Purchase, hereinafter referred to as "swz", meeting the quality parameters set out in Appendix No. 2 to the specs, under the conditions set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting for Parts 1-14 - Appendix No. 4a to the specs, for Part 15 Appendix No. 4b to the purchase order
2. The goods offered must be new and unused.
3. The delivery of the subject of the order along with transport and unloading will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor
