Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagent kits in the CPR system for immunochemiluminescence determinations, along with the lease of an analyzer for the Central Clinical Laboratory of the UCK, with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in the annexes. No. 4 and No. 5 to SWZ.
Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
3. The leased analyzer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
4. The leased equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning.
5. When used in documentation regarding the subject matter of the procedure, terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. The contractor offering an item equivalent to that described in the specification is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters, which must be at a level not lower than the parameters indicated by Orders...
