Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of pumps that are actively supporting circulation, taking blood directly from the left ventricle for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ.
He divided the order into parts because such a division in this procedure is unprecedented and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs when performing the contract. on the entitlement of the Ordering Party to divide the order, and therefore it is impossible to formulate an allegation of non -compliance with the law of such action due to the lack of a norm imposing the obligation to divide.
In the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974) and in the executive acts issued under the Act.
Medicals must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ. nr 3 to SWZ will reject the offer.
The maximum delivery date is 6 business days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party.
