implementation requirementsOf the service in the scope of groups 1 and group 2:
a) Principle of closeness: in accordance with art. 20 paragraph 3 and art. 20 para. 6 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, it is prohibited to neutralize infectious medical waste outside the voivodship in which it was produced. Disposal is allowedinfectious medical waste in the voivodship other than the one in which it was produced, in the nearest installation, in the absence of installations for disposing of these waste in a given province or when existing installations do not have free powerprocessing.
