293/PN/2025 - Delivery of kits with lease of equipment for intraperitoneal chemotherapy procedure in hypothermia HIPEC and supply of medical gas (oxygen 50% + nitrous oxide 50%) with exhalation valves for UCK
1.The subject of the order is:
a) Delivery of sets of medical devices for the intraperitoneal chemotherapy procedure
HIPEC hyperthermia and exhalation valves with a mouthpiece with a filter for administering a gas mixture for the Gynecology Clinic in the quantity and range specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
b) Lease of a device for intraperitoneal chemotherapy in hypothermia - 1 piece, as described in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
c) Supply of medical gas (gas mixture: 50% oxygen and 50% nitrous oxide in cylinders, lease of gas dosing valves and trolleys for transporting and storing cylinders) in the quantity and range specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
The contractor may submit an offer for one or both packages. The term partial offer means individual packages defined below:
Package 1 - medical gases (oxygen 50% + nitrous oxide 50%) described in Annex 5 to the SWZ together with exhaust valves with a mouthpiece with a filter for administering the gas mixture described in the Annex No. 3 to SWZ as Package 1.
