Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of an ICG camera for open surgical procedures with technical parameters specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees.
2. The subject of this order includes:
ICG camera for open surgical procedures (1 piece)
with technical parameters specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ;
3. The equipment mentioned above must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the boundary conditions specified in the Annex numer 4 to SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
4. The subject of the proceedings is carried out under a targeted subsidy from the Ministry of Health for the implementation of the task of supporting the development of innovative solutions for the provision of health care services in the scope of co-financing the purchase of equipment. medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients.
