Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services in the school building belonging to the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 18 in Wroclaw.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ OPZ and in Appendix No. 3 - contract template. 3. Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is not subject to interpretation. If the provisions of the specification are, in the Contractor's opinion, unclear, incomplete, imprecise or incorrect, the Contractor should ask the question before submitting the offer.4. The detailed scope of performance of the subject of the contract, which is the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, is included in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. Before submitting the offer, the Contractor has the opportunity to inspect the site of the future place of service provision, and the Ordering Party recommends it after prior telephone contact with Ms. Renat Klepczyk, tel. + 71 798 69 24 ext. 110 or e-mail: renata.klepczyk@wroclawskaedukacja.pl, from Monday to Friday from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., in order to check the location of the service that is the subject of the order. The cost of the site visit is borne by the Contractor.6. Service completion date: 12 months.
