- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of the robotic system for the central operating block of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała as part of the task: "Improving the quality and availability of highly specialized services in the field of oncology urological through the purchase of medical equipment and apparatus as well as modernization and reconstruction of the Urology and Urological Oncology Department "implemented as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity - component D" Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system ", investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialist care centers and other medical entities", such as specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", meeting the quality parameters specified in Annex 2 to SWZ and on the terms specified In Annex 2 to SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
