1. The subject of the contract is: delivery and implementation of an IT system supporting the operationRegional Center for Digital Medicine as part of the project "Digital medicine: an innovative approach to diagnostics and therapy based on science (RCMC" Disruptor "in UMW)"
2. The description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract are specified in the contract template (attachmentNo. 4 to SWZ). The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions, provided that the Contractor proves that the offered products meet the requirements specifiedin SWZ (Annex 1 to SWZ). In the case of offering equivalent products, the Contractor is obliged to present documents confirming the meeting of the requirements specified in the standards indicated in SWZ (Annex 1 to SWZ).
4. Information on the market consultations carried out. Orderinginforms that before the initiation of these proceedings, in accordance with art. 84 of the PZP, carried out market consultations in order to properly prepare the description of the subject of the contract, with particular emphasis on identification of possible solutions and their technical specifications, cooperation rules and availablewarranty and service conditions.
