Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to deliver to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at al. Armii Home-Army 101 arterial lines, dialysis and hemodialysis needles, according to the quantitative and generic statement specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ meeting the qualitative parameters specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, under the conditions specified in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
2. The offered goods must be new and unused.
3. The subject of the subject of the contract together with transport and unloading will take place at the cost and risk of the contractor.
