- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents and materials for IHC and ISH staining, along with the lease of equipment for the Department of Clinical Pathology of the UCK, with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 3. Leased cameras with additional equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 4. Leased equipment will stay delivered with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning. 5. If terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract are used in the documentation regarding the subject matter of the contract, they should be read them together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or manufacturer. The contractor offering an item equivalent to that described in the specification is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters, which must be at a level not lower than the parameters indicated by the Ordering Party.
