- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
The term partial offer means individual items specified in Annex 3 to SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more items.
3. As part of the items marked in the assortment and price form with the symbol (**) in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party requires that the offered preparation be included in the catalog of reimbursed drugs used in chemotherapy/Catalogue reimbursed drugs used in drug programs.
In items where there is no such description, the Contractor may offer any packaging method while maintaining the quantity required by the Ordering Party specified in the given position. The contractor must price the proposed packaging method with appropriate calculations.
5. Deliveries will be made successively, in quantity and range, in accordance with the Ordering Party's partial orders within 2 days from the date of placing the order. Ordered assortment. Contractor obliged will be delivered at your own expense to the Hospital Pharmacy.
