Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagent kits for immunochemiluminescence determinations along with the lease of an analyzer for the Central Clinical Laboratory of the UCK, with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to SWZ.
Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
3. The leased analyzer together with additional equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the parameters borders specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
4. The leased equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning.
5. When used in the documentation regarding the procedure in question, terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are examples, define the class of the product and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or manufacturer. The contractor offering an item equivalent to that described in the specification is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters, which must be at a level not lower than the parameters indicate...
