Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents for the Cytometry Laboratory of the Hematology Laboratory of the UCK, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
Not even fulfillment one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
3. If terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract are used in the documentation regarding the procedure in question, they should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are examples, define the product class and serve to establish a standard - they do not indicate a specific product or manufacturer. The contractor offering an item equivalent to that described in the specification is obliged to maintain equivalence in terms of technical and functional parameters, dimensions and quality, which must be at a level not lower than the parameters indicated by the Ordering Party. The burden of proving that the offered articles are equivalent to the requirements specified by the Ordering Party rests with the person submitting the offer.
