1. The subject of the order is - on the terms described in the contract to be concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer - successive collection, transport and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned on 19/12/11.
(consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended)/Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the Union European Union of June 14, 2006. on shipments of waste (Journal of Laws EU L 190/1, as amended), whereby "subjecting to a recovery process" means the initiation and completion of this process.
3. The Subject of the Order includes:
a) Waste classified under code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed waste substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, constituting a fraction of ballast waste with energy value from the process of sorting municipal waste and selective collection of plastic, in the amount of 9,100 Mg (+/-) 10 Mg (quantitative differences may result from conditions warehouses and the technical and technological solutions used in the weighing system), but not less than 900 Mg (minimum benefit).
