- The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of sand and gravel mixture (hereinafter referred to as sand) to the transfer layers of storage unit B2 in a total amount of 4,000 Mg +/- 20 Mg, but not less than (minimum benefit): 1,000 Mg, using self-dumping vehicles. Unloading will take place at 7:00-14:00 (Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). The amount of sand delivered will be determined based on the readings of the Ordering Party's truck scale. For the purposes of the order, the term Sand (subject of supply) means aggregate of mineral origin, grain size 0.2-2 mm, not containing organic pollutants (e.g. peat, humus, wood, etc.). Delivery of sand with organic impurities constitutes improper performance of the delivery. Such sand is of poor quality. Transport is provided by the Contractor.
