- 1. The subject of the order is:
a. Delivery of reagents for cytometric analysis in the quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ in the scope of Part 1.
b. Delivery of lysate in the amount and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ in the scope of Part 2 and lease of the lysis station erythrocytes in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
The maximum delivery time is 21 business days from the date of placing the order.
3. The range of Parts 1 and 2 must meet the absolute requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the absolute requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
4. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the Clinical Immunology and Transplantology Laboratory UCK, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17, 80-214 Gdańsk.
5. The erythrocyte lysis station must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the boundary conditions specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
