Description:
1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, materials and equipment for sterilization and monitoring and testing of medical devices and products for the Central Sterilization Plant, according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the "SETC", under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the Specification.
2.The offered goods must be new and unused.
3. Delivery of the subject of the order, including transport and unloading, will take place at the Contractor's expense and risk.
4. Applies to Part 8 - For the duration of the contract, the Contractor is obliged, as part of the price of the subject of the contract, to provide and deposit at the Ordering Party's office, together with the first delivery of the tests specified in item 4, a device for reading biological tests and to ensure its efficient functioning throughout the entire duration of the contract.
