Conditions of the contract award procedure No. 364/WŁiI/2025 entitled: "The subject of the contract is the replacement of guy ropes and maintenance works on the aluminum mast located on the KPP building in Dębica." I. Description of the subject of the order. The subject of the contract is the replacement of guy ropes and maintenance works on aluminum mast located on the KPP building in Dębica, which is an element of the Police radio communication systems located in the Podkarpacie Police garrison. The scope of work includes: . Full replacement of guy ropes with accessories (clamps, shackles, thimbles). . Replacement of screws turnbuckles (6 pieces). . Replacement of rods connecting the mast segments. . Bituminous insulation of the lashing points and the mast base. . Anti-corrosion protection of the screws. Warranty: A 24-month warranty is provided for the work performed. The work will be performed by qualified mountaineers industrial facilities while maintaining all health and safety standards. The price includes all necessary materials, equipment and access. The Ordering Party allows the dismantling of the antenna installation in order to properly perform the work. II. Criterion for evaluating the offers Price 100% III. General conditions 1) As a result of the proceedings, a contract will be concluded with the selected Contractor.2) Contract execution time: until December 19, 20253) Payment deadline: 14 days from the delivery of the VAT invoice.4) Warranty for the completed installation: 24 months.5) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to select the offer if the offer exceeds the financial resources destined...
