Description:
Purchase of devices in accordance with the list below: 1. iPhone17 Pro MAX mobile phone with a capacity of 512 GB, Deep Blue color (dark blue), with a minimum 35W power supply, a black MegSafe silicone case and 2 pieces of dedicated privacy protective glass/privacy protective foil - 2 pieces. Offered the equipment must be new, unused, covered by the manufacturer's warranty and admitted to the European market. The net price of the offered equipment must include delivery costs to the address indicated by the ordering party. i.e. KWP Rzeszow ul. Dąbrowskiego30 The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving notice reasons. Delivery of goods within 10 business days from the announcement of the results of the proceedings. Payments by transfer VAT invoice with a payment deadline of 21 business days. The Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the order due to failure to meet the delivery deadline without the possibility of pursuing claims on the part of the Contractor.
