390/WŁiI/2025 Purchase of CDs and DVDs for the entire Police garrison of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship 1. Contract execution time: 14 days from signing the contract, 2. Payment deadline 14 days from the delivery of the VAT invoice, 3. As a result of the proceedings, a contract will be concluded with selected Contractor, 4. A detailed list of materials is included in Annex No. 1.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce/increase the scope of purchases, i.e. it will indicate only selected items from the offer form or reduce/increase their quantity, which is associated with a decrease/increase in the total value of the order. 6. Criterion for evaluating offers: price 100%, 7. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to select the offer if the offer exceeds the financial resources allocated for this purpose, 8.
