- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply and assembly of equipment for therapeutic rehabilitation for oncological patients for the Rehabilitation Department of the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, including:
diagnostic and therapeutic devices for rehabilitation of the upper limbs type I-part 2;
shoulder with elastic resistance - part 3;
water-wild upper and lower limbs and torso - part 5;
and assembly of two pieces of mobile electromographs with liberated electrostimulation - part 7;
diagnostic and therapeutic for rehabilitation of the upper limbs Type II - part 8;
meeting the quality parameters specified in Annex 2 to SWZ and on the conditions specified in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
