- The subject of the order is the performance of design and construction works in the design and build formula for the investment project titled: Thermal modernization of the buildings of the Independent Public Health Care Facility Complex in Makow Mazowiecki. Detailed description of the investment task covered the subject of the order includes a Functional and Utility Program, hereinafter referred to as PFU, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. The ordering party may cancel the contract award procedure if the public funds that the ordering party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been awarded to it, in accordance with joke. 310 Pzp.
