Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of paper goods vouchers for 252 employees of IPPT PAN with a total nominal value of PLN 310,450.00 (in words: three hundred and ten thousand, four hundred and fifty zlotys 00/100). The vouchers should be delivered in the following quantities and denominations:1) 2,307 pieces of commodity vouchers in paper form with a face value of PLN 100, in the total amount of PLN 230,700.00, 2) 1,555 pieces of paper goods vouchers with a face value of PLN 50, with a total value of PLN 77,750.00, allowing for the purchase of the following products: a) food and industrial products, b) perfume and drugstore products, c) household chemicals, d) textile - footwear, e) household appliances, f) sports, and others, in the capital city of Warsaw and the Masovian Voivodeship. The order will be financed from the Company's Social Benefits Fund.2. The validity period of the vouchers is understood as the period during which the Ordering Party's employee can redeem the vouchers in indicated commercial establishments from the date of signing the contract with the Ordering Party. The term of redemption of the vouchers cannot be shorter than 12 months.3. Merchandise vouchers should be accepted, among others, by hypermarkets, supermarkets, grocery stores, glass...
