- 1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biaej at Al. Armii Krajowej 101 pharmaceutical products, according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Procurement Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the specification, on the terms specified in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.2. The goods offered must be new and unused.3. The Ordering Party allows the offer of equivalent pharmaceutical products. An equivalent product is a product containing the same active substance, in the same dose, with the same indications for use. and the same pharmaceutical form.4. Delivery of the subject of the order, including transport and unloading, will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
