The subject of these proceedings is the supply of electricity to the facilities (energy consumption points, hereinafter also PPE) listed in Annex 1A, 1B, 1C to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, broken down into parts of the contract: 4.1.1. Part I of the contract: supply of electricity to2023, purchase according to TGE (variable price), in the amount of 6,986,217 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1A to SWZ, 4.1.2. II part of the contract: supply of electricity for 2024, purchase at fixed prices, in the amount of 7,748,587 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1B to the SWZ, 4.1.3. third part of the order:comprehensive supply of electricity, prosumer contract for the years 2023-2024, in the amount of 483,885 kWh, to PPE specified in Annex 1C to the SWZ.
