• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of petroleum and chemical products in the years 2026 - 2028, performed in accordance with the requirements set out in the "Drafted provisions of the contract" constituting Annexes 5 and 5a to the SWZ and the quality requirements specified in in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 6 and 6a to the SWZ, however, delivery in 2027 and 2028 will be carried out provided that the Ordering Party, by December 22, 2026, respectively. and on December 22, 2027, will receive confirmation from the Institution Ekspertska that in the financial year 2027 and 2028, respectively, it will receive funds for the execution of part or the entire delivery in 2027 and 2028, and that the Ordering Party, after receiving confirmation of the funds at its disposal, financial matters referred to above, will immediately notify the Contractor in writing or by e-mail or fax about the need to complete part or all of the delivery planned for to be implemented in 2027 and 2028 respectively. 2. The Ordering Party in each calendar year (2026, 2027 and 2028) provides for the possibility of exercising the option right (Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law) consisting in the possibility of increasing the basic quantitative scope of the subject of the contract specified in terms of assortment and quantity in the table of Chapter IV, section 2nd century in the "Basic quantity" column - the guaranteed Contractor in 2026 (and in the remaining years 2027 and 2028, guaranteed after meeting the condition described in section 1) by a maximum of the quantities indicated in the table of Chapter IV, section 2nd column "And...
